Opposite Montage, Sugar Fish is one of Beverly Hills’ hottest dining haunts. The menu is created early each morning when Nozawa and Fujita visit the LA fish markets to select the fish for the day. During the meal, each course is served to all guests at once. The cadence and tempo of the meal have been mindfully created to allow each course to be enjoyed to the fullest.

A combination of old authentic Beijing and Original Recipes. Chicken Satay, MR CHOW Noodles and Ma Mignon all were created by our passionate and skillful chefs. On the Menu is one of the best prepared Beijing Duck in the world.

The Bazaar by José Andrés, SLS Hotel

The Bazaar, the world-renowned restaurant by the James Beard award-winning Chef José Andrés, makes its East Coast debut with a vibrant mix of sophisticated cuisine and playful indoor-outdoor lounge spaces.

The Bazaar menu blends Andrés’ Spanish heritage, tradition and ingenuity with influences from South Beach’s local Latin flavors.

A Santa Monica mainstay, this moodily lit, buzzy bistro sports seasonal American small & large plates, plus an ample wine & beer list.
